The parties referred to in these Terms of Service shall be defined as follows:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Roombae parties be liable to you for any damages resulting from any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to and use of the services; any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our servers; any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the services; any loss of your data or content; any errors or omissions in any content; the disclosure of information pursuant to these Terms or our Privacy Policy; your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential; or loss or damage incurred by you as a result of reliance placed on any advertising or any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor.

• Language: All communications made or notices given pursuant to these Terms of Service shall be in the English language.
• Jurisdiction, Venue & Governing Law: Through your use of the Website or Services, you agree that the laws of the State where you lease (or India if you do not lease) shall govern any matter or dispute relating to or arising out of these Terms of Service. In case any litigation specifically permitted under these Terms of Service is initiated, the Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Entire Agreement and Waiver: The Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Guidelines and Policies, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Services.
• Severability: If any part or sub-part of these Terms of Service is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of law or competent arbitrator, the remaining parts and sub-parts will be enforced to the maximum extent possible.
• No Waiver: In the event that we fail to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service, this shall not constitute a waiver of any future enforcement.
• No Agency, Partnership or Joint Venture: No agency, partnership, or joint venture has been created between the Parties as a result of these Terms of Service.
• Carrier Rates May Apply: By accessing the Services through a mobile or other device, you may be subject to charges by your Internet or mobile service provider.
• Linking and Framing: You may not frame the Services. You may link to the Services, provided that you acknowledge and agree that you will not link the Services to any website containing any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic.
• Electronic Communications Permitted: Electronic communications are permitted to both Parties under these Terms of Service, including e-mail or fax.
